Do It Yourself Zinc Plating Dietary Supplements Unhealthy For Teens?

Dietary Supplements unhealthy for teens? - do it yourself zinc plating

I am 15 years old.
I caught several dietary supplements, but I have heard from different sources (individuals, the Internet) that are not healthy for you and have no effect.
I do not take steroids or something, only minerals and vitamins, especially:
Calcium --
Magnesium --
Vitamin C
Zinc --
Vitamin D3
Vitamin E

Sources would be appreciated but not necessary. Had some experience in itself? Thanks for your answer.

I have a few.
I take B12, omega-3, vitamin C and calcium.
I think it helps me a lot. I have more energy.
Now you can, if more than the dose at this time have side effects but rarely on you ... While the daily dose. but no more.
