Ah, yes:)

The cost is not so bad if you think about it. In fact, they are expensive, but you only need to use a small amount. They are like the saffron in this regard.

The first was the truffle pasta with a sauce of white wine, the first night I spent in Italy. The last time I had last night (the man in black) in a Japanese restaurant in a sauce with Wagyu beef. The nose is absolutely incredible when properly incorporated into foods.

If you want to experiment with them at home without forking large sums of money, then I recommend a business, olive oil, which has sold infused with white truffles, the more concentrated the better. Try a bit of homemade pasta with cream sauce, diced tomatoes and cilantro.

Or you can find a gentler and use immersion oil with hot toast. It is a wonderful warm smell, which consists of a long time after, and is the perfect comfort for cold food.

No, not really .... Truffles are less about the taste and aroma. To the meal a great earthy smell and flavor.

Consider it as a great fragrance that is used for a specific date ... is not the person, as if it's just an accent to their personality.
